 H-2A visa allows temporary employment of non-U.S. workers by U.S. employers in the field of agriculture, as well as seasonal employment of foreign nationals for non-agricultural services. Just like with H-1B, If a foreign worker in H-2A status quits or is dismissed from the sponsoring employer, the worker can find another employer, apply for a change of status to another non-immigrant status, or must leave the US. H-2A visa holders can also bring their dependents (spouses and children), who are eligible for the H4 visas.
